Account management

Account management tools are built in to the DeckTrack dashboard. Sign in and use the menu options in the top right corner to access these features.

The Stripe Portal​

We use Stripe to manage our subscriptions. You can access the Stripe portal by clicking on the Manage subscription option in the account menu.

You'll need to go through and email address check, and then you'll be able to manage your subscription. Here you can:

  • Download copies of your invoices
  • Change your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Note that only users with recurring subscriptions can access the Stripe portal.

Change password​

To change your password, click on the Forgot your password? option when signing in.

Change email address​

You'll need to contact us if you'd like to update your email address.
